RETURN POLICY
Software Products
Projects are one-time purchases, which means customers pay once to get your product and its updates for the rest of their lives. As well as eBooks, videos, and templates that can be downloaded for a fee but can then be given away. No matter what, unless it says otherwise, software that is downloaded from the finalyearprojects.in site can't be returned. Before you buy the projects, make sure to look at the videos that show how the projects work. IEP Solutions usually doesn't give refunds or exchanges after a project has been bought or damaged or corrupted. This is mostly because of the company's policies. If you buy Digital Downloads, you can't get them back, return, or exchange them.
Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable Products
IEP Solutions may inform the buyer of a product that is "NC/NR" (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) when it thinks that an order needs these terms of sale. The buyer understands that "NC/NR" products are bought by IEP Solutions from the manufacturer for the buyer only. "NC/NR" products can't be cancelled, returned, or moved by the buyer without the permission of both the Innovate Engineering Products and IEP Solutions. All products purchased by Customers classified by IEP Solutions as Software /Digital shall be deemed Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable.
Hardware Products
Before the Customer sends any Goods back to the Company for any reason, the Customer must get a Returns Authorization Number ('RAN') from the Company. At the customer's own risk and expense, all goods should be returned. They should not be damaged by the customer and should be in their original packaging. Return shipping costs should be paid for by the customer, not by the company. It is up to the customer to return the goods to the company, and to show that they were delivered to the company when they did so. The company has a return policy of seven days. During this time, the customer should return the goods to the company for them to be inspected by the company. Return the Goods to this address, and make sure you include the customer's account number, order number, Invoice Number and RAN in the note that you send with the goods.

After 7 days of the product delivery, any goods returned as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' will be accepted at the Company's discretion. All returned Goods (whether within 30 days of delivery or not) will incur a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of INR 2000). This Condition does not apply to goods that include software, are particularly designed, or contain any of the hazardous compounds listed in the European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical or Electronic Equipment (RoHS). Under this Condition, no goods that are not included in the catalogue or are out-of-stock may be returned. Any static-sensitive goods delivered in sealed packaging will not be accepted for return if the blister or 'peel' packets in which they were given have been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 48 business hours, no matter how long it takes. Be sure to check your deliveries as soon as you get them.
Pay for Return Shipping
IEP Solutions will pay for return shipping only if the products that were sent are not what the customer ordered.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Digital products and services (source code downloads)
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
REFUND POLICY

We glad you bought our courses. We make sure that our participants have the best possible experience when they find, evaluate, and buy our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.
Any time you buy something on the internet, there are rules and regulations that are in place the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on IEP solutions, individuals are agreed to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund policy.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
For Self Placed Learning / Instructor Led Training / Internships:
• After you buy a course, make a refund request within two days. Within two days of purchasing the course, you can't get a refund. You won't get one if you do.
• IEP Solutions has the right to postpone or cancel an event, or change the location of an event, if there aren't enough people signed up, the instructor is sick, or there are other reasons.
• If an event is cancelled by IEP Solutions, the delegate will get a full refund of course costs, if the delegate does not apply for a postponement of the event. No additional fees will apply if they need to be moved to another batch.
• There will be no refunds or credits given to participants who miss the whole course.
In order to obtain a refund, write an email to info@iepsolutions.in with the subject "Refund Request", outlining your situation, including a photocopied receipt, and specifying the course you're requesting a refund for (if applicable).
Refunds: Duplicate payment
The refund of the delegate's duplicate payment will be executed in three working days after notification by the client, using the same source (original mode of payment). The terms and conditions of this policy may be changed at any time by IEP Solutions without previous notice.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by IEP Solutions
