• Orders placed before 12 Noon will be delivered to the Shipment within 3 to 5 business days. The Shipment Carrier may need an extra 3 to 5 business days, based on your location. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. may be processed in up to four to five business days. The term "business days" excludes federal holidays and Sundays. If you want expedited shipment, please contact IEP solutions support (info@iepsolutions.in) and request priority service; priority service will be provided subject to service availability and will cost an additional fee.
• Most orders are delivered within one week to Indian metro cities. If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, place them as different orders, please. Once the products are shipped out from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
• We reserve the right to disclose information to local, state, federal, or international law enforcement officers where we think in good faith that the law demands it or when a court or appropriate administrative agency requests it. You pay for what you see. Our rates are inclusive of all taxes. Taxes are already included in the quoted pricing.
